New Direction

Hey guys! Haven't been here for awhile and I missed blogging! I'm busy transforming my place into a summer-themed abode -- which means weeks and weeks of throwing away clutter and storing all the thick and heavy clothes to give room to lighter, more summer-friendly stuff.. plus I've been traveling a lot lately and I love every minute of it-- which brings me to the title-- New Direction. I am thinking of turning this blog into a travel and lifestyle blog..Well, I'm not abandoning fashion -- I'll still post outfit shots and fashion inspirations  once in a while but my posts will focus more on details of my travels, food and other travel stuff. I don't want to limit this blog to fashion because there are a lot of interesting things around me now that I would love to share to my readers. 

Anyway here are some photos of the work in progress:

This used to be an empty corner-- I added white bookshelves and an accent chair and pillow -- voila! a cool reading corner for me! :)

You don't usually see pillows on bookshelves but I took a risk and put it on top with my fave owl.. The message on the pillow makes me smile.. :)

These cute troll dolls have been living their lives in my storage room for almost 5 years --  now they are my bookshelf's main attraction! Can't believe I didn't do it sooner. :)

My plain corner wall is now adorned with Audrey and Marilyn.. Got these chic wall accents during my trip to Las Vegas last year. 

My bohemian pillows from SPACE ENCOUNTERS spell summer so effortlessly.. :)

So there goes.. I'm not a pro when it comes to interior designing so I don't expect you to like what I did so far.. lol! I just do what I like-- no rules. I welcome suggestions by the way. Ciao! :)
